The remoteness, I don’t think I have ever been somewhere so faraway.

Why fieldwork is important...

My PhD focuses on using remote sensing from satellites, but we have to go out and get cold to make sure that the satellites are right.

Marine creature I would be...

Sea angel or pteropod because they have cool little angel wings but also devil horns, beautiful and voracious.
