Arctic live 2014 LIVE EVENT HERO

21 Apr 2014 - 1 May 2014

AXA Arctic Live 2014

The first Arctic Live event inspired schools in seven countries with the latest research on climate change on the Arctic Ocean and the wonder of this unique northern environment. We joined the expedition team led by Dr Helen Findlay from Plymouth Marine Laboratory in the northernmost research community in the world. The science team looked at the levels of ocean acidification and impacts of climate change in one of the most vulnerable and fragile environments on the planet.

Through 50 Skype lessons, daily live social media updates and blogs with imagery and videos, Arctic Live brought the latest science on climate change to an audience of 750,000.
