World Ocean Day Live 2022

To celebrate World Ocean Day 2022, we partnered with AXA Ocean Education and World Ocean Day for Schools to provide a range of live lessons and activities to help young people connect with and protect their local blue spaces.

We believe that you can be an ocean advocate no matter where you live. That meant expanding the focus from just an ocean story to a water story. That meant exploring blue spaces everywhere – and how they connect back to the sea.

The year’s theme was ‘Our Blue’ to help students understand and feel their connection to the ocean through their nearest blue space — whether that’s a beach, river, canal, stream, or lake.
